I get a contract for the construction of a dwelling, which I think is buying a house in executing the short to medium term. I still have never used private capital, and I wonder whether anyone a good resource for learning the best way to get into the pool of investors in the market. I have an understanding of where to look. My main question is, we will have to say yes to a specific agreement?
