How to use pencil eyeliner? - how to use sedapam 5mg
I am new to makeup and I have many questions. I have some videos, but I wonder at the back of the eye, eyeliner should go directly on the eyelashes or inside? before or after the mask? I appreciate any advice I can give

Remember, the bottom line (but not directly) on your inner eye. Then close the lid on one eye (if you can not, they hold only there) and extend beyond the corner. This should make it easier for you to apply.
